Updated review. Please also see my previous review below from last year. I just called and spoke with Andy. What a pleasure. Super professional and helpful - we got what I needed ordered fast. A true gent cheers Andy. Highly recommend this company - their products and staff are outstanding. 10/10. I wish I had found them sooner! Ordered things for 2 bathrooms and the service is exceptional. The customer service department is so helpful it's rare to see these days. Catherine was amazing, thank you! My plumber told me the shower fittings were very high quality. Highly recommend, thanks!!

Ordered a new shower unit which arrived a day earlier than I was expecting, well packaged and it works really well. Great price and a smooth transaction too. I can't praise this company enough.

Placed two orders with them, two radiator covers and a wall hung basin. Both arrived quickly with DHL and the whole process was reliable. Really happy with the quality, especially for the reasonable prices. Would definitely use them again if I need anything else

Ordered new set of radiators for a full house renovation , cheaper than anywhere else. 5 working day turn around from order to delivery. 2 designer radiators came earlier. All arrived well packaged and helpful driver dropped them to where I needed them. Plan to order bathroom suit as well, again because of the price. Haven’t had to deal with returns although says 365 returns on the website (assume this is if unopened).
